Terms of service
Before commissioning me you have to read and accept the terms of service listed below.
General TermsTo order a commission you can send me a private message on Instagram/Twitter or send me an email to [email protected].When you contact me to order a commission it's essential that you know: the type of commission you want (headshot, half body etc.), the purpose of the commission (personal or commercial) and that you give me a description of what you would like (such as the description of the character, the pose, the number of figures etc.).To make me better understand your ideas you can send me any reference image you want (for the pose, for the colors, for a specific type of clothing etc). Don't worry if you think your references are too many, they're never enough and they will be super useful to be able to give life and shape to your initial idea. You can send me all the reference images you want via e-mail, IG dms or Pinterest.Things I won’t draw:
• gore;
• heavy NSFW;
• hateful and political content;
• in other artists art style.
Process and delivery timesMy process of creation is divided into:
• sketch;
• base colors;
• rendering phase;
• final touches.The first step is to create a sketch, based on the reference images and the description you gave me. At this stage it is essential that you tell me if you need to make big changes (for example, change the pose or the general composition) as I will be able to make them without any difficulty. Changes of this type thereafter will be subject to a fee.
Also I will always be able to make small changes, add details and change colors until the final stage of the drawing.Once the sketch is approved, I'll wait for the payment to be made in order to continue working on it. Throughout the process will be in contact with you and I will update you on the status of the commission.Once I have finished working on your illustration you will receive the high quality image via email.Commissions have top priority, I always try to finish them as quickly as possible. Usually I am able to finish a commission in a period of time ranging from 1 week to a maximum of 4 weeks, depending on how complex the order is and how busy I am.
PaymentPayment will be upfront (before colour and rendering phase).
Payment will be made through PayPal with EUR € as currency.If you are satisfied with the artwork I have created for you, please consider leaving me a tip here. Thanks for your support!
RightsI (the artist) retain all rights over the commissioned illustration. I have the right to use it as a portfolio, and if I want to, I have the right to post it on all my social media at any time. If you want this not to happen, please specify it.I have the right to refuse any order I feel uncomfortable working on, for any reason.You (the client) have the exclusive right to use the artwork for personal use only (unless you paid for the commercial use). This means you can upload it on your social media platforms, and you can print it for personal use.You don't have the right to:
• Turn my artwork into NTFs, crypto art etc;
• Use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (once again unless you paid for it). This means that you can’t use the illustration to make money out of it in any way (whether it’s printing it and selling it like a painting, whether it’s printing it on any product subject to sale);
• remove my signature and do anything that compromises or alters the image in the state in which I delivered it to you.If you would like to use the commission for commercial purposes (which could mean making prints to sell, stickers, book or album covers etc.) you must clarify it before I agree to work on your commission, and pay a +100% fee on the final price (basically doubles it).
